The governor of Virginia puts sixty-two Confederate flags returned by the secretary of war into the Confederate Museum in Richmond.

Sixty-two battle flags, captured by the Federals from troops of Virginia in the war between the states, were returned to the governor by the secretary of war.
The flags came by express, and were sent to the governor direct. He received them and had them transferred for the time being to the Confederate Museum here, where they will be on exhibition.
