Summary
The only African American delegate to the Anti-Saloon League, meeting in Richmond, claims he has not been discriminated against.
Transcription
Mr. W. C. Walker, president of the East End Protective Association of Newport News, Va., was in the city this week. He is a delegate to the Anti- Saloon League which has been in session at the Second Baptist Church. He is the only colored delegate in the League, and he states that no discrimination has been made against him.
