Mt. Olivet Baptist Church Free of Debt

Reverend J. Andrew Bowler leads the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church out of debt, enabling the church to complete “the erection of a handsome new church edifice.”

The Mt. Olivet Baptist Church under the able leadership of Rev. J. Andrew Bowler, A. M. is now free of debt so far as the purchase of property is concerned. Rev. Bowler and his people have had a hard struggle and it is to their credit that they are able to breathe freely once more. The next movement will be the erection of a handsome new church edifice.
