Colored Folks Selling Property

Two black men sell their houses on Leigh Street and Broad Street to white men.

Mr. Jacob F. Wright has sold his property at No. 210 E. Leigh St. to the present tenant, Mr. C. T. Loehr (white) for $3,000 and Mr. John R. Chiles has sold his property on the Broad St. road about six miles from the city to Mr. William Courtney, for $1,275.

These are good prices for both pieces of real estate.
